When you submit our contact or demo-request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email, phone number, business type, the product or service you are interested in, your current system or problem, your timeline, and your message.

Information you send us travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form submissions are delivered to our business mailbox and are accessible only to the people who handle your request. The site is hosted with an established hosting provider and our software is kept up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact-form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Your cookie-consent preference is stored in your browser for 12 months. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
